If for any reason your Promise Ring does not bring you joy we will happily accept returns within 7 DAYS of receiving your order and issue you a refund.

​

Refund 

 

To be eligible for a refund items must be:

In a pristine, as new, unworn condition, with no visible signs of wear, including scratches, damage, chips or marks.

​

Returned complete with the receipt, and as new packaging.

​

All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.

​

Items are returned by either express post or registered mail, so they can be tracked and insured against damage or loss.

​

We take no responsibility and will not be liable for any items lost or damaged whilst in the care of Australia Post or any other carrier.

​

Once we have received the item we will determine if it is as new condition and decide wether a refund can be issued.

​

12 month warranty

​

If your item has a manufacturing fault or is defective in the first 12 months after the purchase we will replace the item free of charge.

​

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, abuse or any other unreasonable treatment.

​

Some examples of common jewellery issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

​

The discolouration of precious metals caused by chemicals, makeup, immersion in pools and spas, and bathing.

 

Claws or prongs catching on clothing, bending or breaking due to accidental damage or abuse, allowing the gemstone to fall out.

How to make a claim under our 12 month warranty
